I’m happy to reintroduce the Squire, this time in Hunter Green. One of my core colors. When I first started ROV, I wanted something aside from black that still fit in everywhere. I love the flexibility of the Hunter Green. It’s something different and I really like the subtle contrast with the black accents. I’ve always liked a black on black bag but the contrast really highlights all the features of the bag.
Featuring heavy Wicket and Craig Leather, the straps are made to last. They’re sewn into the ballistic bottom panel to limit ground contact, premature wearing, and further integrating them into the bag for stability. The strap is only sewn down partially near the bottom. Between the two keepers it's open, allowing you to stuff an umbrella or light jack there as needed.
In my opinion, the key to a good tote is ultimate flexibility. The open design allows you to carry almost anything. That said, some thoughtful organization always helps. Included pockets on each side, one zip, and one split slip, allow for organization and security for your smaller items. This will help ensure they’re not tumbling out easily and can be found in a hurry.
